Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress who is famous for her performance as Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson on the NBC post-apocalyptic science fiction series Revolution and for which she has been nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Actress in a Television. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek parents. When she was 4, her family moved from Canada to Skala in Greece. It was close to Sparta. The family returned to Canada when she turned nine. She's very pleased with her Greek heritage and speaks easily Greek. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in 2000. Spiridakos made the move from Vancouver at the end of 2007 in order to study acting, and within weeks landed her first television role, a small part on Supernatural. After a few years of working on TV, Spiridakos got her first big performance as a character in Majority Rules in 2009. She made her debut as a feature filmmaker in the year 2011, with Rise of the Planet of the Apes which she also she filmed the low-budget action thriller Kill For Me, with Donal Logue as well as Katie Cassidy.
